Our no-call / no-show policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. We understand things come up, so if you need to reschedule or cancel, please call or text us at least 4 hours before your appointment. Appointments missed without notice may require a deposit to secure your next booking. Repeated no-shows may be limited to walk-in availability only.
